diVittorio Winery is a small family centered venture located in the foothills of El Dorado County

Founded in 2001, diVittorio Winery  is the family tradition of home winemaking has been maintained since immigration in the early 1900’s. Traditional techniques are used to produce enjoyable table wines as well as create special wines and spirits that reflect a desire for taste and quality through innovation and creative thought.

diVittorio Winery is a boutique winery in the Sierra Foothills.  We have used a traditional wine making process since the diVittorio Family emigrated to America in about 1904.  The commercial winery opened in 2001.

 El Dorado County fruits are used to produce fine red wines, fruit wines and apple brandy.

A small on-site still is used to produce the distillate that is the brandy composing the port wines and the California Calvados.
The wines and brandy are aged in oak barrels in the stable environment of a cave for at least 2 years before bottling.
